The Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) is a state anti-corruption body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsible for the formation and implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and coordination in the field of anti-corruption, as well as the identification, suppression, disclosure and investigation of corruption offenses.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a state agency that provides leadership in the field of higher and postgraduate education, language policy, science, quality assurance in the sphere of science, higher and postgraduate education, and digitalization of science, higher and postgraduate education.

The Ministry has committees as follows:

1) Committee if Higher and Postgraduate education;

2) Commiitee of Science and Higher education quality assurance;

3) Science committee;

4) Committee on language policy.

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the state authority performing management in the spheres of education, science, protection of children's rights.

The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" is a non—profit organization. It was created to strengthen the negotiating power of business with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state bodies.

The Chamber of Entrepreneurs represents the interests of small, medium and large businesses, covering all areas of entrepreneurship, including domestic and foreign trade. The main goal of Atameken is to protect the rights and interests of business and ensure broad coverage and involvement of all entrepreneurs in the process of forming legislative and other regulatory rules of business.
