From School to a Strong Society: The “Taza Bulaq” Project Presented

On February 20, 2026, under the auspices of the Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the presentation of the upcoming national project “Taza Bulaq” took place — an initiative implemented within the framework of the “Law and Order” ideology and a four-party Memorandum of Cooperation.

The project aims to foster a culture of integrity and moral responsibility through the system of teacher education, where the teacher is viewed as a bearer of values and the foundation of a sustainable civil society.

“Taza Bulaq” is not merely an initiative of the Akademiialyq Adaldyq Ligasy, but a strategic step toward strengthening trust in schools, preventing violations, and shaping the sustainable values of the new generation.
