The Academic Integrity League has become a member of the International Center for Academic Integrity.

This collaboration unlocks new possibilities for the Kazakh academic community, providing valuable resources and support to elevate educational standards and drive institutional excellence.

Maqsut Narikbayev University (MNU) has become the first university in Kazakhstan to gain membership in the International Center for Academic Integrity (ICAI). On January 26, 2024, the Kazakhstan Academic Integrity League also joined the ICAI.

As Nurguľ Mahanbaeva, Head of the Project Office of the Kazakhstan Academic Integrity League, stated: 'This significant achievement opens up new horizons for the academic community of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing unique advantages that can improve educational standards and support universities in their pursuit of excellence.'

The Project Office invites members of the League and higher education institutions in Kazakhstan to join this important movement in support of Academic Integrity, calling for membership in the ICAI.

ICAI membership provides access to cutting-edge research methodologies, the exchange of experiences with universities worldwide, and educational resources for the development of Academic Integrity.

ICAI also offers Networking Consortia that facilitate the exchange of knowledge among universities in different regions, opening up opportunities for international partnerships, student exchange, and joint research projects.

If Kazakhstani universities join the ICAI, they will be able to jointly create the ICAI CENTRAL ASIA CONSORTIUM. By joining the ICAI and considering the possibility of creating the ICAI Central Asia Consortium, educational institutions can raise educational standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan and create a unique space for the exchange of knowledge and experience
