An academic dialogue was held at Maqsut Narikbayev University as part of the Akademiialyq Adaldyq Ligasy — League of Academic Integrity. Maqsut Narikbayev University and Astana Medical University participated in the event. The theme of the event was the transformation of higher education institutions.
The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Board of MNU, Talgat Maksutovich Narikbayev, who shared the university’s experience in implementing administrative and academic changes, as well as financial management. During the session “Transformation of Higher Schools at MNU,” Sergey Gennadyevich Pen, Provost of MNU, and Anar Baurzhanovna Ibrayeva, Dean of the School of Humanities, spoke about the key aspects and innovations in the activities and transformation of the schools.
At the financial intensive workshop for deans, “Budgeting and Profitability of Schools,” Bayan Sansyzbayevna Amirzhanova, Head of the Department of Financial Development and Control, presented new approaches to financial management at the university.
At the end of the event, participants were given a tour of the University, where they observed the modern educational technologies and infrastructure of MNU.
