The Academic Integrity League, an organization that unites higher and postgraduate education institutions in the country, has announced the results of a survey of students and faculty from the country’s top 16 universities, which was conducted on December 22, 2022. Nearly 30,000 individuals expressed their opinions on the performance of educational institutions, as reported by the correspondent of “Habar 24.” The average satisfaction rating was approximately 80%. Additionally, experts examined written works by students and faculty for plagiarism, as part of the League’s efforts to monitor the quality of education. They received support in this endeavor from the relevant ministry, Anticor, and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs. Didar Smagulov, head of the public association “Adildik Zhol”: – Under no circumstances is this monitoring or audit. It is a collaborative effort with a focus on our potential for anti-corruption activities. In addition, there is a remarkable tool – a corruption risk map developed by the League itself. It allows for the identification of complex issues and gaps in 14 areas.
